Craiker Architects has been working with Legacy Partners for 10 years renovating this 300 unit luxury apartment community in San Jose. From modernizing the exercise rooms to renovating the lobby and office space, all apartment complexes need to revisit their marketing and architectural image to insure they are up to date and incorporating desirable features to attract new tenants.

Napa Architect Designs Replacement Spire for Notre Dame Cathedral in Contest
Last month, images of the burning roof of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris captured the world’s attention. Horrified by the devastation, yet also inspired, Napa architect Chris Craiker felt compelled to contribute to the efforts to rebuild the cathedral in a unique way. Working with his design team at Craiker & Associates, Craiker created his own version of a replacement spire for the famed cathedral.
